James Conner (Jamie)
A second generation flooring installer, owner James Conner learned the trade of installation when he was 14 years old. Since leaving his father’s business and starting his own company, Jamie has varied and deepened his knowledge and experience to handle more than just floors. Even though he’s the owner, he still works closely with customers, lending a personal touch, and prides himself in providing top-level service. Matter of fact, it will probably be his face you see knocking on your door for your in-home consultation.
Fun Fact: If you’ve seen our commercial, then you already know Jamie is a family man. He and Janet have 2 children, Barry and Saba, as well as Conners Flooring’s beloved Daisy May and their other dog Tyson(not pictured).
Robert Atkinson (Rob)
A transplant from Michigan, Rob has been with the Conner family for many years. He started out as an installer working to learn the flooring trade from Jamie’s dad, and 5 years ago stepped in as office manager for Jamie. Rob spends countless time ensuring kitchen cabinet layouts are precise and to the customer’s liking. He has built lasting relationships with all of our vendor partners and goes out of his way to support our installation crews.
Fun Fact: When not at work, you’ll find Rob at home with his 5 year old twins, Cynthia and Robert.
Jennifer Nance (Jenn)
Jennifer is the newest team member to join the Conner family. She brings a variety of experience to our team with a background in customer service, advertising and project-management. Jenn works behind the scenes to ensure our online and social media presence stays current, coming up with new promotions each week. She also is very cognizant of the consumer-experience and makes that her top-priority when changing existing, or implementing new, ways of servicing our clients.
Fun Fact: Jennifer and her partner Derrick have 2 dogs: Maggie & Leela, as well as 2 cats: Finn & Daisy. She loves volleyball and volunteering at multiple organizations in our community.
